67. Try sushi again DONE!
We went to Samurai on Sunday after church. I tried one of his tuna rolls. Yep, didn't like it. But at least I could cross this one off my 1001 in 101 list!!!

59. Bake chocolate chip cookies DONE!
I had a Lia Sophia party last week and I baked chocolate chip cookies...and they were flatter than the flattest pancakes you've EVER seen. I wish I would have taken a picture!
I'm sticking to cakes and cupcakes. I know I'm good at those!

Anna and Brian's Wedding in PA!
Friday was a very busy day for me as I was her personal attendant. I had a lot of fun helping make her day very special.
Saturday we took a VERY annoying wrong turn which put us on a turnpike. We have no idea how these things work. The whole ordeal ended up costing us $50 plus because of the "lost ticket" getting on the turnpike aka we didn't know we were supposed to take a ticket. (P.S. How does one lose their ticket when they're in the car. There is no exit...and it's only 13 miles??) We were a half hour late returning the car which resulted in a late fee charge for that. We can't even say that it was a beautiful drive! I did get to say, "Hey! That's where I wanted to take you this weekend" as we passed the sign for Longwood Gardens.
At least our bad luck didn't end there, we got to Cincinnati (beautiful airport) and our flight back to Minneapolis was oversold. I was the first one to jump out of my seat to take the bump. We received $400 vouchers for taking a flight the next day. We stayed at a Marriot in KY (We can say we've been to KY now!). The only bad part is that we didn't get to spend anytime with David's parents. We're looking forward for our girls weekend/guys weekend in May!

#81: Another Date!
David and I had an impromptu date last night. We took a walk over to Hooligan's in West Fargo for supper. It was a beautiful night for a walk..a little chilly on the way home. David had the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and I had the Knuckle Sandwich. We both loved the seasoning on the fries. My burger was DELICIOUS! I would recommend Hooligan's any day! It's so nice that it's right in our back yard...almost literally in our back yard!

Back to the East Coast!
It seems that my work really wants me to be an East Coaster! First I worked on the Delaware project. Then they sent me to DC for a week. Now I am going to Harrisburg, PA for THREE weeks! I am so thankful that I am able to work from home the weeks that I am not traveling!
The best part about going to Harrisburg? It is right next to Hershey, PA! I am hoping to get an evening to explore everything that Hershey has to offer. Maybe get some delicious treats!
AND maybe I'll run into Kate, Cara, Maddy, Aiden, Collin, Alexis, Leah, Hannah, or Joel.

Moment of Truth/My Birthday
I love my birthday (April 21st). This year my birthday is going to be the moment of truth for our baby making process. That is the day that I will go back in to get my A1C tested. I have to get it down to a 6 before the fertility clinic will allow me to do an IVF cycle. I have a LONG ways to go. I am pretty sure that it won't be a 6 but I'm hoping to get out of the 7s!
I know it is probably a really dumb idea to do the test on my birthday. I keep saying that I cannot wait to be 33. I'm hoping that my wish will come true when I turn 33!!!!
Prayers and good thoughts will be much appreciated on April 21st!!!!! I am thinking that I'll go get my blood work done after I drop David off at work (around 8:30 am).
